Hi, I’m Darla!

And I am an expert in the field of Neuroscience & Human Resilience.   I have a background in mental health, addiction behavior medicine, holistic nutrition, and neurofeedback.  I’ve dedicated 25+ years to applying holistic healing approaches & neuroscience-based strategies to assist my clients in overcoming adversity and shifting the course of their lives.

But more importantly, I get what you’re going through because I WAS you until I discovered what was at the root of my anxious feelings & low mood.  I was reactive, indecisive, & insecure until I learned some principles that helped me better understand the workings of my own mind AND I learned some protocols that actually changed the way my brain was wired.  

 As I began to experience a more stable state of mind, I became inspired to pursue graduate level training in Mental Health and Mind / Body Medicine so I could help others realize their full potential. The tools I've discovered have the greatest impact on changing thoughts, moods, emotions and behaviors.
